Department of Journalism and Communication MA Programs
Candidates who have taken their first degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences and others are eligible to apply, provided that they pass the entrance examination successfully (both written exam and interview). Bridging courses may be prescribed by the department in cases where the relevance of the candidate’s prior stream indicates extreme departure from Journalism and Mass Communication. This will be regulated and determined by University of Gondar in line with the policy of Ministry of Education. Also candidates with equivalent qualification may be allowed to join the in-service graduate program as per the academic regulation of the University.
